Technical Services (TS) is responsible for planning and development of all University buildings/facilities. The Service provides all necessary equipment (furnishings and fittings) and oversees maintenance of the premises.
In 1996 the Council of Ministers established the Campus Development Office (CDO) to supervise the project of the New Campus, including its design, development and construction. Because of the enormity of this project, Technical Services was subdivided into three sectors:
