- European Drug Prevention Prize 2010, for innovative work in drug prevention with the active involvement of youth for the project ¨Smoking prevention and cessation in High schools and Technical schools in Cyprus.¨ Awarded by the Pompidou Group and the Council of Europe.
- Appointed as a member of the EuroPsy Specialist European Awarding Committee for Psychotherapy. Nominated by the Cyprus Psychological Association and appointed by the European Federation of Psychologists Association, under the presidency of Robert A. Roe.
