On behalf of an entity, the Centre for Life Long Learning, Assessment and Development (KEPEAA) can conduct personal interviews, which offer more information about a candidate's knowledge, qualifications and communicative skills. Such interviews lead to a clearer picture regarding the suitability of a candidate for a specific position. The results are included in a special report, which is then handed over to the organization.

In case an entity deems it necessary that the final selection of successful candidates be supported by data obtained from a personal interview, KEPEAA is capable of integrating such interviews in the assessment process.
