The initial goals of the Centre included its financial independence and viability. These goals have been achieved.

After nine years of operation, KEPEAA has set itself new goals for the next three years. These are:

1. To continue applying scientifically and ethically sound assessment and training procedures.
2. To set up a lab for electronic assessment and development.
3. To open up new directions in educational training and to offer a larger number of training programs to the society at large.
