Thank you for your interest in participating in the Cultural Festival of the University of Cyprus.
In order to present your artistic proposal more comprehensively, but also to facilitate the proposal evaluation process, please fill in the form below, giving as much information as you can about yourself, your group and the event you wish to present at the Cultural Festival of the University of Cyprus.
The Cultural Center accepts artistic proposals for the Cultural Festival throughout the year.
The proposal can concern any artistic event, as long as:
- it fits within the thematic scope of the festival;
- the artist’s work and the content of the proposed event are presented properly, and
- it contains enough data for an accurate evaluation of the proposal from an artistic and financial point of view.

Proposals submitted by March 31 each year are considered for inclusion in that year’s Festival programme; the remaining proposals are evaluated for the following year.
The results of the evaluation are communicated to the artists by the end of April each year.
