MANAGEMENT BOARD (ΜΒ)
About:
ManagementBoard The MB is responsible for monitoring the project progress across the four participating countries and particularly for dealing with issues concerning deadlines, budget, and intellectual outputs. It also provides direction and support to the project members and oversees the delivery of the project activities. It consists of one representative from each partner organization.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION COMMITTEE (CRC)

The CRC is in charge of dealing with project conflicts and solving any problems that might occur between the partners—although we do not envision encountering any.

EVALUATION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM (EQAT)
About:
EvaluationCommittee The EQAT is responsible for the internal evaluation and quality assurance of the activities of the project throughout its lifespan, in collaboration with the project coordinator and the Management Board. Specifically, it provides continuous and reflective quality assurance and evaluation of all project activities, as well as feedback and recommendations at the end of the activities. It is co-led by Professor Koutselini (University of Cyprus) and Dr. Papadouris (Cyprus Pedagogical Institute). Also, one member from each of the other partners serve on this team; this member is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the project activities within each partner organization.

EXTERNAL EVALUATOR
About:
ExternalEvaluator Given his expertise in the areas addressed by the EDUCATE project, Professor Konrad Krainer (Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt · Institute of Instructional and School Development, Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria) serves as the external evaluator of the project. He is responsible to judge the overall quality of the project’s final products. Also, during the project, he receives all the intellectual outputs of the project as they are produced and provides formative and summative feedback on them, to ensure high-quality project work. This feedback informs the project’s next steps.
