The UNESCO Chair in Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment is a Management Committee Member of genderSTE, a policy-driven network funded by COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology). The Chair participates in workshops and meetings aiming to promote, implement and disseminate contributions and policies towards structural change and the transfer of existing knowledge and know-how between higher education institutions and participating COST countries in support of greater gender balance in science and technology careers.
