Message from the Director of Administration and Finance
As Director I supervise and coordinate the University's administrative and financial services. The aim is that the staff are both eager and able to support the University community, quickly, with flexibility, and on any and all matters.
Important targets include:
- To restructure management of administrative services and create a fair and effective recruitment policy.
- To maximize IT capabilities to improve productivity and quality of service.
- To introduce an internal evaluation mechanism to ensure professional standards.
- To offer specialized training programmes and bonus schemes as incentives to performance.
